摘　　要：自1997年国内翻译界对“翻译教学”和“大学翻译教学”两个概念展开了讨论,并对其进行了区分。前者是外语和翻译专业的教学活动,而后者只是外语教学的附庸,故前者才是研究的重点。由于我们对西方翻译研究的概念移植不当,从而给中国高校的大学翻译教学造成了负面影响。本文对上述两个概念重新进行了规范,指出存在的问题及其解决问题的方法。This paper intends to discuss the problems in the teaching of translation in present China. It has pointed out that it is right to introduce two foreign terms-teaching translation and translation teaching -into Chinese translation studies and distinguish them. But there remain some problems in the course of transplanting, e.g. a great portion of the teaching of translation in Chinese universities has been neglected. This means a great loss to Chinese higher education. Based on large investigations, the author has redefined the terms and discussed their objects, and finally made suggestions for the improvement of the teaching of translation in China.
