教育信息化的关键是“教育信息化人”的建设

摘　　要：在教育信息化硬件环境有了一定基础后,重点是教育信息化人的培训。培训应从三个方面入手:首先是更新教育观念,其次是掌握现代教育的基本技术,再次是提高教师的信息素养。As hardware environment of the education informationization builds up its begin foundation, the emphasis is a training up education informan.The training should from three aspects; first, renew education idea, second, master the modern education technique, third, advance information literacy of teachers.
