摘　　要：成就动机理论、情绪认知理论、归因理论等心理学理论指导下的激励教育,在中等职业学校中促进学生全面发展有更大的现实意义。欣赏学生则是激励教育的众多策略中的一条基本实践策略,它可以有效地提高教育教学效果,达到学生与教师共同成长与发展的最高教育境界。Under the direction of the theory of achievement motivation,emotion cognition,etc.,the stimulating education has greater significance in promoting students ' all-round development in secondary vocational schools.Appreciation of the students is a basic practical strategy among many strategies in stimulating education.It has the effect of efficiently promoting teaching and help students and teachers cooperate and develop together.
