摘　　要：基础教育新课程对未来教师素质提出了全新的要求,也为高师教育学专业的发展提供了新的契机。教育学专业只有重新定位培养目标、改革培养模式、调整课程结构和改变教学方式,才能造就适应基础教育要求的高素质师资。The new curriculum of elementary education makes new demands of teachers' qualities and provides the opportunity for the development of pedagogy major of normal institutes. We must reorient the training objectives of the pedagogy major,reform its training patterns, adjust the curriculum structures and change the teaching modes, Only in this way can the high-quality teachers suitable for the elementary education be produced.
