摘　　要：从分析当前社会企业文化现状入手,阐述了建立企业文化的重要性,指出了建立企业文化的重要因素,分析了作为中国传统文化中最重要的部分之一的《中庸》对中国现代企业文化建设的积极影响。Starting from analyzing on the present condition of enterprise cultu re in current society, this paper expounds the importance of establishing the en terprise culture, points out the important factors of establishing the enterpris e culture, and analyzes the positive influence of <The Doctrine of the Mean>, on e of the most important part of Chinese traditional culture, on the Construction of modern Chinese enterprise culture.
