摘　　要：教学质量是学校的生命,教学评价是加强教学管理和不断提高教学质量的重要促进方法和手段。文章从学生评教的目的和意义,学生评教指标、方案设计,学生评教的实践与结果分析来论述利用学生网上评教进行教学评价的科学性、合理性与可操作性。Education quality is the lifeline of schools. Education assessment is one of the important ways and measures to enhance the education management and improve the education quality. This article focuses on the scientific possibility, reasonability and feasibility of education assessment by students through Internet in terms of the purposes, significance, standards and project designing of student assessment and its practices and outcomes
