摘　　要：通过分析今后10年基础教育学龄人口变化情况来预测今后10年各级基础教育在校学生的变化情况 ,以明确基础教育的任务 ,进而明确今后10年基础教育工作中的主要矛盾和突出问题 ,以便抓住关键 ,解决矛盾和问题 ,更好地促进保山市基础教育的健康发展。An analysis of population of school age children in the coming ten years predicts the development and task of elementary education so as to find out and solve the main contradictions and major problems for the health development of elementary education in Baoshan.
