大学教师教学效果的实证研究——对赣南师范学院20名教师教学效果的评估

摘　　要：本研究采用《大学教师教学效果评价问卷》(学生用),对赣南师范学院20位教师教学效果进行了评估,对不同年龄、不同专业、不同性别学生的评价进行了差异检验。结果表明,学生对20位教师在教学内容、教学方法、教学进度等方面较满意,而在师生关系、教师提高学生兴趣等方面学生表示了较多的不满意。差异检验表明:不同年龄、专业、性别的学生对这20位教师教学效果的评价总体趋于一致。Using the Evaluating Questionnaire on Collgeg Techers' Teaching Effect (used by students),this research evaluates 20 colleges teachers' teaching effect of Gannan Teachers' College and then,tests the differences between the grades,specialities and sexes.The results indicates that the students are satisfied with the teaching contents,teaching methods and the teaching plans of the courses but unsatistified with the relation between the teachers and the students,and the teachers' elevating students' intrests.
