摘 要:把课程目标纳入国家的课程文件,是一项体现新理论观点的改革。课程目标是指通过具体的教学内容和教学活动使学生在某一时间内将发生的性质不同和程度不同的变化结果。课程目标的订定主要有三个来源:学生需要、社会需要和学科内容特点。同时,课程目标的订定还要有三把筛子:哲学,心理学,以及我国的一系列教育法规文件。我们要订定和落实课程目标,还需要对课程目标体系所包含的全部内容进行分析。To bring curriculum goal into national curriculum files is a reform which reflects the new theoretical views. The curriculum goal refers to making students some different changes that will hap-pen at one time through the concrete teaching contents and teaching activities. There are three main sources for drafting the course goal: students' needs, social needs and characteristics of discipline contents. Meanwhile, there should be three sieves for drafting the curriculum goal: philosophy, psychology and a series of educational regulation files of our country. Drafting and implementing curriculum goal will also need to analyze all the contents in the curriculum goal system.
