摘　　要：建立高师学生师范基本技能综合评价指标体系,目的是通过将师范职业技能分解、细化为各个具体的考核指标,构建针对学生个体的,以形成性评价为主、终极性评价为辅的测评方式,充分发挥评价的调控、激励功能,帮助学生明确发展的目标和努力的方向,促进高师学生师范职业技能全面、快速的提高。The purposes of setting up a comprehenslve evaluation system of　the　teaching skills for the students in normal univetsities are to decompose basic teaching skills so as to put them into specific testing targets and to construct a student-directing teiting approach that consists prima rily of shaping evaluation and complementarily ending evaluation.In this way,the functions of the evaluation could be fully inplernented,insluding the control,adjustlment,and encouragement,The students can set a definite developing aim and thire basic teaching skillS can be improved comPrehenSively and quickly.
