摘 要:基于问题的学习(Problem Based Learning,PBL)模式广泛应用于国外的医学教学上,在PBL模式的启发下,我们在医学微生物学的教学实践中精心设计病例讨论课,学生在讨论中充分发挥主观能动性,通过讨论启发了学生的思维,并提高了学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,取得了令人满意的效果.PBL (Problem Based Learning)was an advanced inculcating and learning method which based on the problems,and it was widely applied in medical education abroad.Enlightened by the PBL pattern,we designed case discussion class carefully in the teaching of Medical Microbiology.During the discussion,the students fully exerted subjective activity and their thoughts were triggered through the elicitation of PBL method.Moreover,the ability of analyzing and solving problems was improved.Therefore,the effect of our class is quite satisfacting.
