摘　　要：结合教学管理实践 ,提出以课程设置改革为突破口 ,以拓宽基础 ,推进素质教育 ,加强学生创新培养为重点 ,建立面向 2 1世纪的新的课程结构体系的一些设想 ,并探讨了新时期学分制教学管理制度对确保人才培养质量的重要性。Suggestions are put forward for establishing the system of the new curriculum construction of the 21th century.That is,to take the reform of the curricnlum as a breakthrough,and to expand the scope,pushing on quality education,enhancing the students' training of creativity as key points.The article explores the importance of the teaching management of credit system and the way of ensuring the qulity of the teaching mangement and ensureing the qulity of talents training.
