摘  要:现行高师公共教育学课程存在理论体系庞杂、内容观点陈旧、教学方法落后、评价方式单一等问题 ,因此需要在坚持课程目标确立上反映中小学教育对未来教师的要求、课程内容设计上体现以人为本的思想、课程教学上具有示范性三个指导原则的同时 ,从操作层面积极推进教育学课程改革 ,即打破教材原有体系 ,改以专题教学形式呈现 ;改革传统的教学模式 ,实施多元化教学 ;改革单一的评价方式 。There exist numerous problems with the currently operational compulsory course of pedagogy offered by colleges and universities specialized in teachers training, such as the cumbersome theory system, out-of-date content and views, backward teaching methods and simplistic evaluation modes, etc. Three guided principles reflect the requirements of middle school and elementary school's education for teachers on establishing the course goals, show the student-centered concept on designing the course content, and set an example on teaching the course. While at the same time, the curriculum reform of pedagogy should be promoted actively on the level of operation, breaking the old system of teaching materials, and changing it into the modes of teaching on special topic; reforming the traditional teaching methods, implementing multiple teaching; reforming the simplistic evaluation modes, implementing compositive evaluation.
