摘  要:随着新兴产业的逐步崛起,知识员工成为现代企业最为宝贵的资产,企业对知识员工的管理越发受到重视。组织承诺是组织行为学研究的一个重要概念,对于组织的生存和发展十分重要。以知识员工的特点为出发点,分析了他们的组织承诺的影响因素及形成过程。论述了组织承诺对知识员工工作努力度和满意度的影响,并就如何改进管理方式、提高他们的组织承诺进行了探讨。With the rising industries developing gradually, the knowledge employees become the most valuable assets of a modernized business and more attention should be paid to the personnel management for them. Organizational commitment (OC) is a concept which is very important to not only the study on organizational behaviour but also the existence and development of any organization. The formation process of and influencing factors on the organizational commitment are analysed, according to the character of knowledge employees. How an organization commitment can encourage the knowledge employees to work harder and then satisfy their corresponding requirements are discussed, as well as how to improve the management mode for them so as to enhance the levels of their organizational commitments.
