液压挖掘机工作装置动应变的实验研究

摘　　要：为进行液压挖掘机工作装置的瞬态动态特性研究,对该结构进行了动应变测试。根据箱形断面在各种外力作用下的应力分布特点,在动臂、斗杆、动臂液压缸、斗杆液压缸等处布置了38个测点,依次采集了铲斗斗齿自插入土壤瞬间到完成挖土过程中各测点的动应变时域信号,在进行时域特征分析后得到了不同测点动应变的分布规律,研究结果有助于进行瞬态动态特性研究。Dynamic strain measurement is conducted on the attachment of hydraulic exc avator in order to carry out transient dynamic characteristic study on it. According t o stress distribution characteristics of box sections under various outside forc es, 38 test points are arranged on boom, dipper stick, boom cylinder, stick cyli nder and etc., dynamic stain vs time signals of every points are collected in se quence from the instant when bucket digging into soil till the completion of a w ork cycle. Distributing regularitis of dynamic strains on different points are o btained after the analysis of time domain characteristics. All research results are helpful to transient dynamic characteristic study.
