摘  要:分析了我国百年形成的教师教育范式,在借鉴和吸纳国内外教师专业化研究成果的基础上,根据普通高师院校的特点,提出了教师教育范式的合理化选择,构建了纵向"4+Y"式的"32111"教师专业化和横向"2+X"的"32111"的大学+教师专业化范式。在教育实践中得到了实证,对教师教育的发展产生了深远的影响。After the analysis of the normal educational form that formed in a century in our country, and on the basis of drawing lessons form and receiving the research results of domestic and international teachers' specialization according to the features of the general normal universities, arises the rational option of the teachers' educational form, structures the vertical '32111' of '4 + Y' of teacher specialization and horizontal '32111' of '2 + Y' of University plus teacher specialization form. It has been verified in the educational practice and has a far - reaching effect on the development of teachers' education.
