摘　　要：介绍了一种用初等矩阵来估计非负矩阵的perron根(谱半径)的方法,如恰当选用初等矩阵可以得到较一般结论更精确的解。By applying the elementary transformation ,we can get shaper upperAnd lower bounds of perron root of nonecgtive matrices .
