我国高师体育教育专业毕业生就业状况与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对我国高师体育教育专业 2 0 0 1届毕业生就业状况进行问卷调查 ,发现目前我国高师体育教育专业毕业生存在对就业制度缺乏了解和正确认识 ;毕业生的价值取向随市场经济的发展发生变化 ,对职业的选择呈多元化发展趋势 ;毕业生就业市场面狭窄 ,就业信息不畅通等问题。并针对存在的问题提出 ,建立建全学校、社会一体化的毕业生就业市场服务体系 ;加强对毕业生的择业教育和就业指导工作 ;提高毕业生的综合素质 ,以适应社会对体育人才的需求。We analyzed the questionnaire of 2001 graduates of P.E. major in normal college and department and found out that there are some problems such as no enough comprehension about the present employment policies, their changed value-attitude with the development of market economy, the trend of variety in choosing jobs ,limitation of their job opportunity and obstruction of employment information. We suggest that the countermeasures should be developing the unified employment service market of college and society, enhancing the education work about their employment attitude and the direction work about employment as well as promoting their general quality to adapt the social need for P.E. graduate. We hope this article can provide useful reference for the employment direction work of the graduate of P.E. major in normal college.
