摘　　要：普通高中物理课程标准取代了原来的普通高中物理教学大纲 ,在中学物理学的培养目标、课程结构、课程实施、教学教材改革、课程资源开发、课程评价等方面带来了新的变化 ,这些新变化对物理教师素质在教育教学科研、课程资源开发利用、课堂教学设计。The ordinary physics course standard of high school has replaced the original ordinary physics syllabus of high school. The middle school of physics in which are the train aim, the course structure , the course implement, the teaching teaching material reform , the development of resources of course and the appraising of course bring new changes, these new changes in which are the scientific research of educational teaching, the development and utilization of resources of course, classroom teaching layout, modern education technique and teaching appraisement have put forward the brand-new requirement to physics teacher's quality.
