摘　　要：教学过程就是在教师的引导下把教学大纲规定的教学内容转化为学生掌握的具体知识 ,并在此基础上进一步转化为学生各种能力的过程。学生是学习知识、掌握技能的主体。对教师来说 ,应当通过自己的外因作用 ,激发学生的学习动机 ,调动学生的内在驱动力 ,使学生爱学习、会学习 ,实现课堂教学过程的优化 。Teaching course is that to turn the content of courses that the syllabus stipulates into the concrete knowledge that students know under teachers′ guide, and turn into students′ different ability further on this basis. Students are the subjects of learning knowledge, grasping technical ability. Teacher should excite students′ learning motivation through one′s own external cause function to arouse students′ inherent driving force, make students like studying, realize the optimization of the classroom instruction course, and improve teaching efficiency.
