摘　　要：21世纪是知识经济的世纪,知识成为经济增长和可持续发展的关键因素,创新显得特别重要,社会、经济的发展迫切要求教育培养出高素质的创新人才。但是在我们目前的教育中还存在许多与创新人才的培养不适应的方面,所以,新世纪教育改革的核心应当是围绕创新人才的培养这一目标来进行。century is the age of knowledge economy. In this era, knowledge is becoming a key element of economic growth and sustainable development, so creative ability is particularly important. Education has been asked to train high quality oriented talents. But, there are many problems which can’t meet the needs of training creative talents in our current education. So, the core of educational reform should be set by the goal of training creative talents.
