摘  要:为适应高等教育改革和厚基础、宽口径人才培养规格的要求,探讨了基础生物学实验教学,分析了其面临的困境及原因,提出了提高教学质量的应对策略。认为必须坚持基础生物学实验在人才培养中基础性的地位作用,坚持实验教学与理论教学并重的教学理念,改革实验教学管理体制,构建实验教学平台体系,优化课程体系和教学内容,创新教学运行机制,调动实验教师和学生的积极性,以提高人才培养质量。In order to adapt the reforming and developing of higher education,the basic standard was required in which the undergraduates should have 'thick basic and wide caliber'. Basic biology experimental teaching was discussed. First,puzzledoms and its reasons were analysed,then strategies were put forward to improve the teaching guality.It was suggested that maintaining the basic role of basic biology experiments in teaching and educating,holding teaching idea which was as important as theoretical teaching,reforming experimental teaching management system,building experimental teaching platform system,optimizating teaching course system,innovating the teaching mechanism,and arousing enthusiasm of teachers and students in the experiments.
