摘　　要：在教师职业被看做是一种专业(Profession)的今天，对教师的专业精神、专业知识、专业能力都提出了新的要求，仅获得一定的学历并取得教师资格已经不能满足现代教育的需要。以学习型组织理论为指导建立的价值一致、发展一致、知识共享的学习型团队将成为教师学习组织的主要形式，倡导学习型团队，是推动教师专业化发展，提高师资质量的必然选择。Today,the teacher is seen as profession. This ha s new demand to teacher’s ability, spirit and knowledge of profession. And it canno t suit the modern educational demand by just getting certain degree and teacher ’ s qualification. It will become the main form that the learning team of value and development consistence and knowledge share is established by the guidance o f learning organizational theory.Advocation of learning team is the only selecti on tha t it can improve the development of teacher's profession and teacher’s quality.
