摘　　要：适应新课程改革的需要 ,学校管理必须人本化。学校人本化管理必须坚持学校管理首先是对人的管理的价值取向 ;必须重视人的需要 ,时时处处以激励为主 ;必须在组织设计和规章制度制定及实行等方面充分考虑教师的特性 ;必须把培训和自我管理有机结合起来。To meet the needs of the new curriculum reform, school management must be humanized. The humanization of school management must first of all stick to the orientation of the values of the management of man; must attach importance to the needs of man and give encouragement in all matters; must give full consideration to teachers' characteristics in respect of the design of organization and making and performing the rules and regulations; and must combine training and self maintenance organically.
