摘　　要：优秀的农民就是农村人才,骨干农民、中坚核心农民是农村人才的主体,他们支撑着中国农业的未来。本文分析我国农民素质提高缓慢的主要原因,并给出加强我国农村人才队伍建设的对策:要求建立有利于人才成长的制度和机制,营造人人成才的环境;从人才教育源头、过程寻找突破口,实现人才队伍建设目标;建立并完善培植农村人才的学校教育新体制;推进农村教育课程改革和教材建设;培植中坚农民和骨干农民;建立和完善农民合作组织。The excellent peasants are the talents of the countryside, the cadremen peasants and the nucleus core peasants are the main body of the talents in the countryside, who support the future of Chinese agriculture. The authors analyze the main reason why the quality of Chinese peasants improve slowly, put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of the talents' staff in the countryside, set a demand to set up the system and mechanism that benefit for the growth of talents and build the environment that benefit for the development of everyone, realize the target of the talents' staff construction from the educational resource and educational process, build and perfect the new system of school education of training the talents in the countryside, further the reform of the educational curriculum and the construction of the teaching materials in the countryside, train the nucleus core peasants and cadremen peasants, build and perfect the cooperative organize of the peasants
