摘　　要：介绍了乳蛋白肽的来源及国内外发展概况,通过人体试验证明了乳蛋白肽的调节免疫和抗氧化两大生物功效,并就其发展前景进行了讨论.This paper intraduces the origin of milk protein peptides and their development in the world. Both immune mudula tians and resisting oxidation have been tasted by people experiment, and the prospeet of milk protein peptides is discussed.
