摘　　要：荷兰著名数学教育家汉斯·弗赖登塔尔认为，数学化及学习是一个发展的过程。郑毓信先生等对数学化也提出了自己的理解。同时，在文化观下考察了数学化。在强调素质教育的今天，数学化是人的发展不可缺的素养。The famous mathematics educationist,Hans Freudenthal thinks mathematicilization and study are a process of development. Mr.Zhen Yuxin and others also show their view and research mathematicilization from cultural point of view. Nowadays when quality education is emphasized, mathematicilization is a necessary quality in one's development.
