走出继续医学教育的困境

摘　　要：开展继续医学教育是提高医疗卫生专业技术人员整体素质的一项重要举措。本文阐述了继续医学教育的目的和意义，指出目前该工作处于认识模糊、投入不足，追求学分、质量欠佳，内容单一、消极被动等系列困境中。为此，作者提出更新观念、完善制度、创新内容、灵活进行等许多推动继续医学教育健康发展的建设性意见。The continuing education for medicine is an important strategy to improve the whole predisposition for medical prefessional workers. The paper explains the objectives and significance of the continuing education for medicine, and points out there are some problems which impact on the development of the continuing education for medicine,such as clouding considerations,shortage of budget, seeking credits,lower quality, single contents,being inactive and passive etc. Therefore, the author puts forward some suggestions to improve and develop the continuing education for medicine,such as changing the consideration,improving the institute,renewing the contents,and agile operation etc.
