摘　　要：新课程改革已正式实施，而教师的现实状态和教师继续教育的内涵均与改革的要求存在差距。新课程改革成败的关键是更新教师继续教育的内涵。即：更新教师的理论和观念系统；更新知识系统；加强教师的伦理、心理和人格系统教育。从而改变教师不适应新课程改革要求的现状。The new course reform has been brought into practice,and yet the teachers' present situation and the contents of teacher's further training differ from the requirement of reform. Whether the new course reform will be successful or not lies in renewing the systems of teachers' theory concept and knowledge,strengthening the teachers' education of ethics,psychology and character system,and then change the situation that teachers don't adapt themselves to the demands of the new course reform.
