摘　　要：成人教育，必须把思想政治教育放在首位，将思想政治教育贯穿于教育教学的全过程。从教学计划、课程设置、组织机构、面授教学、教务管理、学生管理等方面入手，对学生实施深入细致的思想政治教育。突出教书育人，管理育人，服务育人的作用，培养品行端正，学业精深的学生。Adult education,must put political education at first,and make political education through in the whole process of teaching. We can start with the teaching plan, the course established, the organization, the eye to eye teaching, educational management, student management, etc, and put political education deeply into students. We should make sure of teaching to educate person,management to educate the person,and service to educate the person to cultivate well-behaved and well-educated students.
