摘　　要：本文从关键能力的概念和特点出发，分析了高等职业学校作为培养直接从事生产、服务、技术和管理第一线的应用型、技能型实用人才的基地，为适应21世纪科技、经济、人才竞争日趋激烈的基本要求，必须十分注重学生关键能力的培养；阐述了高等职业院校培养学生关键能力的基本途径和措施。Starting with the concept and characteristics of k ey abilities,this thesis analyzes the function of higher vocational school as the base for application-type and skill-type talents who can undertake production ,s ervice,skill and management.To suit the basic requirement of the severe competit ion in science,economy and personnel,the training of students' key abilities in higher vocational colleges should be paid attention to.
