摘 要:文章在分析了快慢班分流分层教学模式及其局限性后,提出了班内隐性分层的教学模式,讨论了班内隐性分层教学模式的具体操作和特点,指出班内隐性分层教学模式既因材施教,又照顾了和恢复了学生的自尊心和自信心,从而调动其学习热情,使学习成绩在原有基础上都有不同程度的提高。同时锻炼和造就了一支既能教书又能育人的教师队伍。After analyzing of divided layer teaching mode and its limitations,the article puts forward concealed divided layer teaching mode and discusses in detail its specific operations and characteristics.It points out that this special teaching mode advotates teaching students in accordance of their aptitude and at the same time considers students′ self-esteem,restors their self-confidence,so concealed multi-layer teaching mode can arouse students′ entusiasm to their study and help them to make progress to some extent and build up a contingent of teaching faculty good at both teaching and educating.
