摘　　要：科技文章 ,作为传播科学理论的文字形式 ,其审美价值主要在于成功地表现自然界的内容美 ,因此科技翻译 ,作为这种特殊文体的翻译 ,具有它的个性——内容美。同时它也具有翻译美学的共性 ,即形式美。本文根据作者的翻译实践 ,提炼出科技英语翻译审美的三大标准 :准确性、简明性、科学性 ,用实例逐一进行论证 ,并在此基础上提出对科技翻译工作者的审美要求。Based on the author's practice in translation, this article makes a tentative attempt to propose three criteria for judging the aesthetic value of scientific translations, i.e. preciseness, conciseness, and scientificness, which focus on the content beauty and the formal beauty respectively. Besides, the article exemplifies the criteria with cases the author met in practice, and tentatively lists several qualities that scientific literature translators are required to have.
