摘  要:1988年5月至1993年4月,对208例妊娠16~20周孕妇进行羊膜腔穿刺,取羊水细胞培养作染色体病产前诊断,检出异常6例,检出率29%。6例异常包括:在9例夫妇一方为染色体平衡易位携带者对象中发现2例;80例高龄(>35岁)孕妇中证实2例;1例为怀疑患血友病A的男胎;另一例发现在一位情绪极其低落的孕妇中。采用改良的羊水细胞培养方法,各种染色体显带技术,羊水细胞培养成功率大大提高,成功率为99.5%。进一步缩短了培养时间,平均7.6d。4例严重红细胞污染(每ml羊水的红细胞污染数>7.7×107)的羊水细胞培养都获得成功。Amniocentesis was carried out in 203 cases of pregnancy during 16-20 GW for prenatal diagnosis of chromosomal abnomalities. Abnormal karyotypes were detected in 6 cases(2.9%). The risk of fetus afflicted born of one of the parents being carrier of balanced translocation was 2 out of 9.Out of 80 cases of advanced maternal age(>35a), 2 exhibited chromosomal abnormalities.A male fetus was suspected of having hemophilia A. Another abnormal fetus was born of a pregnant woman with great anxiety. Using the improved method of amniotic fluid cultivation and various techniques of chromosome banding, the rate of success was greatly increased, approaching 99.5%, and the duration of culturing much shortened,averaging 7.6d.In 4 cases, even though the amniotic fluid was heavily contaminated with RBC(>7.7×107/ml),the culturing results were still satisfactory.
