摘  要:在高职护理专业教学改革中,第2学期末安排学生4周教学见习,让学生早期接触临床,见习结束后,由学生和见习带教老师对学生的专业认识、观察能力、沟通能力等情况进行自评和他评。结果学生通过早期接触临床加深了对护理专业的认识,增加了学习兴趣,加强了各种能力的培养,提高了综合素质。In the reform of nursing teaching in nursing major of high level vocational school, students contacted clinic early by given four weeks to attend practice at the end of the second semester. After the practice, students were assessed by themselves and teachers about their professional knowledge, observation ability, communication ability and so on. The result showed early contacting clinic could make students have deeper understanding on professional knowledge, more interests on study, enhance their different kinds of abilities and improve their comprehensive quality.
