摘　　要：　描述了怎样用模糊综合评估法对旅行灵通项目的功效进行评估.并介绍了一种模糊综合评估法,分析了描述旅行灵通项目功效的参数集,构建了旅行灵通项目功效综合评估表,并建立了评估旅行灵通项目功效的两级模糊综合评估法.This paper describes how to evaluate a TravelSmart program's performance using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A TravelSmart program's performance evaluation requires more comprehensive analysis than its economic evaluation. This paper introduces a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, analyzes the performance indicators of a TravelSmart program, constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation form for the TravelSmart program, and builds a two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluating a TravelSmart program's performance.
