摘  要:本文对海蓬子种子中油脂的含量、理化性质和脂肪酸的组成成分等进行了测定分析。实验结果表明,种子中含油量达到31.1%;用两种不同溶剂提取,以石油醚的提取效果(31.1%)优于乙醚(29.8%);所得油脂主要由亚油酸(75.62%),油酸(13.04%),棕榈酸(7.02%),亚麻酸(2.63%),硬脂酸(2.37%)等组成;其组成与红花油中脂肪酸的组成十分接近。可见,海蓬子油具有较高的营养和保健价值。The contents, physical-chemical properties and chemical compositions of the oil in Salicornia Europaea L. seed have been investigated and determined in this paper. The experimental results showed that there were 5 components of fatty acid in the oil of Salicornia Europaea L seed by GC/MS. They were Linoleic acid 75.62%, Oleic acid13.04%, Pamitic acid 7.02%, Linolenic acid 2.63% and Stearic acid 2.37%. The composition of the oil was very similar to that of safflower oil. This oil nutritive and medical health value was high.
