摘　　要：篮球课程是一项综合性较强的体育运动,也是学校体育课主要内容,而“三步上篮”又是主要的学习内容和考试内容。课余时间参加篮球活动的人较多,我们在课堂上应尽快教会学生最基本的“三步上篮”。篮球课上一轮又一轮,沿用原来的教材内容、教法,总感觉到在有限的时间内学生掌握起来比较困难,尤其是对一点都不会的学生就更困难。为此我根据学生的兴趣及物理学原理对“三步上篮”的教学顺序,内容进行了全面的分析与改进。经过对比试验班检验,效果还是相当明显的,起到了事半功倍的作用。The basketball curriculum is a comprehensive strong sports far moves, also is the school physical education main content, but' the running jump shot' also is the main study content and the test content. According to the student for this me the interest and the physics principle to 'the running jump shot' the teaching order, the content has carried on the comprehensive analysis and the improvement. Examines after the contrast experiment class. The effect is quite obvious. Played to the twice the result with half the effort role.
