摘　　要：　东部欠发达地市高校由于其嵌于并辐射广大农村地区的区位特点,在农村建设小康社会尤其是农村人才培养方面发挥着重要作用。但地市高校受传统办学模式和发展惯性的影响,存在定位不准、定向不当、定能不足、缺乏特色等问题,制约了其为地方经济社会发展服务、培养"适销对路"人才的应有职能的发挥。我们对这些问题进行深入剖析以寻解决对策。The institutions of higher learning in the underdeveloped districts of the eastern part of the Province are to play an important role in the construction of a well-off country in an all-around way, especially in the cultivation of able-minded personnel. However, as a result of the impact of the traditional pattern in running schools, they are somehow prevented from playing their dutiful role, and these issue are researched on in order to find proper strategies in the present paper.
