摘　　要：信息素质包括信息意识、信息道德和信息观念,甚至包括信息知识和信息能力。图书馆员信息素质的整体提升有利于实现自身的全面发展和图书馆的发展。The quality of information consists of information consciousness, information ethics, information ideas, information knowledge and competences, etc. Improving the librarians' quality of information all singular is conductive to achieve general development of the librarians and libraries.
