会计与审计专业人才培养规格和课程结构体系改革、建设的研究与实践

摘　　要：会计与审计专业的开办,填补了我省同类专业高职教育的空白。该专业如何办?怎样才能办出特色?就成为急需研究的一个课题。为此,我们进行了为期三年的研究、探索与实践。首先,对我省会计、审计专业人才需求情况进行调查、分析和预测;其次,在调查、分析和预测的基础上,提出了该专业人才培养规格及其所具备的知识与能力结构;再次,根据本专业人才培养目标的要求和相近专业课程体系存在的问题,提出了与专业培养目标相适应的课程体系结构,并进行了实践与探索;最后,根据"厚基础、宽口径、重实践"的办学理念和高职教育特色,进行了实践性教学改革的探索,提出了实践性教学改革的基本思路和措施,总结出会计与审计专业实践教学模式。The establishment of two specialties, accounting and audit, has filled the speciality gap in higher vocational education of the same kind in Shaanxi province. However the development and the features of the new speciality remained unclear and became urgent problems. In a three-year study, exploration, and practice, we investigated, analyzed and calculated the needs of the specialized talents in Shaanxi province, put forward talent training requirements and necessary knowledge and competency structures of these specialties, worked out the curricular system aiming at new training targets to avoid the problems of old specialties, explored some basic opinions and measures on practical teaching reform, and concluded practical teaching model for the specialties of accounting and audit according to the principles and characteristics of higher vocational education,'solid basic knowledge, broad requirement, and more practice'.
