摘　　要：德育工作存在着如何接受的心理过程,在传递与接受之中,施教与受教双方都同样要对信息进行选择、加工、组合。学校德育工作必须理直气壮、旗帜鲜明地讲“大道理”,同时必须深刻反省忽视人性心理属性研究、导致德育认识与德育情感分离、德育认识与德育意志行为分离等接受心理问题;必须真正把心理咨询作为学校德育的重要组成部分,并落到实处细处。In the work of moral education in the t ertiary college ,it is necessary to a ttach importance to the psychology o f students.Currently ,however,there exist som e problems in carrying out moral education,such as neglecting the study o f students' psychological properties ,a divorce between cogni tion and feeling ,and a divorce of cognition and will and behavior.Therefore,we must make psy-chological counseling an important part of moral education work in the co llege so as to strengthen ideological work among students.
