摘　　要：简述D,L-苯丙氨酸,D,L-丙氨酸和L-天冬氨酸的基本属性、制备途径;并以此为原料合成二肽甜味剂阿斯巴甜、阿力甜和乐甜,以实现其产业化。The properties and applications of D,L-phenylalanine and D,L-ananine were summarized.D,L-amino acids were used not only as medicine products ,food additives ,but also as intermediate of dipeptide sweeteners .anti-cancer medicals ,In this paper ,the synthesis of Aspartame .Alitame and Neotame were also reported.
