摘　　要：我国第八次基础教育课程改革以实现中华民族的伟大复兴和促进每一位学生自能发展为核心理念和价值取向;它的理论假设是培养人的聪明才智,大大提高教育工作效度,并使教育长时间地发生作用;它是建筑在哲学、生理学和心理学等几块理论基石之上;它必须固守科学原则和人文原则。The key idea and value orientation of the eighth curriculum reformation in basic education is to bring about a great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and to promote every students ability development. Its theoretical hypothesis is training students' intelligence, increasing educational efficiency greatly, and making education work for a long time. It is built up on the base of philosophy, physiology and psychology. Moreover, it must conform to the principles of science and humanity.
