盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液细菌内毒素检测的研究

摘　　要：目的确立细菌内毒素检查盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液的热原。方法应用鲎试剂检查盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液中的热原,考察盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液对细菌内毒素检查法的干扰作用。结果盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液稀释2倍,对细菌内毒素检查法无干扰作用。结论选用鲎试剂,用细菌内毒素检查法行替盐酸格拉司琼氯化钠注射液热原检查是可行的。Objective Detection of bacterial endotoxins in granisetron hydrochloride sodium chloride injection.Methods Wastested by Bacterial endotoxins the pyrogen in granisetron hydrochloride sodium chlo- ride injection and the interference of granisetron hydrochloride sodium chloride injection to the process of bacterial endotoxins test was studied.The bacterial endotoxin limit was determined by the principle of bacte- rial endotoxin test.Results The experiment showed that the interference eliemnts was excluded by diluting granisetron hyrochloride sodium chloride injection 2 times,and it was effective that endotoxin was tested by amebocyte ]ysate with accuracy of 0.5Eu·ml^(-1).Conclusion Bacterial endotoxin test can be used to replace the pyrogen test by Departmental of hygine standard.
