教师信息能力继续教育的对策

摘　　要：从继续教育的角度,对提高教师的信息能力进行了探讨。针对教师信息能力的状况,提出了培养和教育的方式。采取到开设检索课的院校进修学习、通过图书馆的讲座、短期集中培训、开办网络信息教育教室、通过学习研究生课程等方式进行了研究。使信息教育成为终身学习的课程,并使之社会化、普及化。This paper discusses the problem of improving teachers' information ability in continuing education. Based on the situation of teachers'information ability,the paper proposes ways to cultivate this ability: making a research by means of attending in advanced studies on retrieval,taking part in the lecture about library, short-time training, establishing a classroom about the education of internet information and listening to the lectures for the graduate students. We should make information education lifelong, socialized and popularized.
