摘　　要：通过对接受远程教育培训的青海省农村中小学一线教师的培训、再培训及问卷调查,对调查结果进行了客观地分析与总结,目的在于了解受培训教师接受教学内容的程度与教学质量,抓住学习者的特征,发现教学中存在的问题和不足,并改善教学,进一步做好青海省农村中小学现代远程教育培训工作,为今后的培训工作开辟新的方式方法,提高教学质量,以达到青海省农村中小学现代远程教育培训目标。Through the investigation for teachers who accepted the distance education training and re-training in the middle school and elementary school of Qinghai province, we analyzed the questionary impersonally, the purpose is to realize the degree and the quality of training content, master the character of learners, find the problems in the training,and improve the teaching quality, complete the west distance education training purpose for the middle school and elementary school teachers in Qinghai province.
