食品农药污染综合监管模式的探索与思考

摘　　要：为保障食品安全,金山区通过建立以块为主,条块结合的食品安全监管机制、蔬菜农药残留监测机制、从农田到餐桌的全程监管体系,加强宣传教育工作,探索建立了食品农药污染的综合监管模式,取得了初步成效并提出了实施中应当注意把握的难点问题。To ensure food safety, a new mode of food supervision was implemented in the 15 towns under the jurisdiction of this district from early 2004. The government of each town and its top official and a commission for food safety composed of the relevant department of the district government were charged with the responsibility of food safety supervision. Preliminary results indicated that the new mode of supervision effectively reduced the pesticide residue in the vegetables grown in this district. Difficulties met in the process of implementation were discussed.=
