摘 要:采用不同厚度的PVC保鲜膜对巨峰葡萄进行MA包装,研究了贮藏期间葡萄可溶性固形物(TSS)、总酸(TA)、Vc和失重率的变化。结果表明,裸放葡萄的可溶性固形物和总酸含量远高于MA包装的葡萄,包装葡萄的可溶性固形物含量在采后8周内基本稳定,以后开始减少;总酸含量总体呈减少趋势,30μm膜包装的葡萄总酸含量高于50μm包装的;MA包装能够有效抑制葡萄失重,但对保持Vc含量没有作用。Kyoho grape were respectively packaged with 30 μm and 50 μm PVC film. The changing of TSS,TA,Vc and weight loss were studied for comparison with no packaging as control. The result indicated that TSS and TA of control were much higher than MA packaging grape because of wilt and water loss. TSS of MA packaging grape changed little in the 8 weeks after harvest and after that it began to decline. TA decreased during storage,and 30 μm film-packaged grape was higher than that of 50 μm . MA packaging could inhibit weight loss but had no effect on conserving Vc.
