摘　　要：信息技术的发展,图书馆的社会基础出现了革命性的质变。其创新变革的必然结果,除了提升图书馆的社会功能,同时也要求图书馆馆员的相关知识技能不断更新,并发挥其知识使用价值的多样性,这使得图书馆员的个人知识管理显得尤为重要。With the development of the information technology is developing, the social foundation of libraries has also been changed. The results of this change not only leads to improvement of the social functions of the library but also demands the renovation of the knowledge and technical ability of librarians. It is highly necessary to strengthen the management of librarians' personal knowledge, and to bring the using value of the librarians' knowledge into full play.
